After receiving a command from Geauga County Sheriff Dan McClelland, K9 Deputy "Midge" successfully sniffs out where he has hidden illegal drugs. The Sheriff and Midge were among the featured participants in the recent "Pampered Pooch Day." The four-hour event, held at Dogs in Suds (a professional and do-it-yourself dog grooming establishment in Chesterland), attracted nearly 80 attendees and earned $350 and about 300 pounds of dog food for the Geauga County Dog Shelter.
